A small but fiercely ambitious studio specialising in social media, content creation, branding and design.

Cromwell Place is a collection of twelve luxury residences in Alphington, set against the leafy calm of parkland. The architecture was warm and refined — considered but not showy. Our brief was to translate that same sense of quiet luxury into a brand that would do less, but mean more.

We began with the identity — a custom wordmark set in a serif that’s both elegant and ever-so-slightly unusual. The tension in the letterforms reflects a sense of restraint and refinement. It’s a logo you don’t just look at — you feel it.

Complementing the wordmark, we developed a CP monogram — contained within a refined frame that echoes the curvature of architectural details. It’s part emblem, part signature — a mark designed for print finishes, foil stamping, and signage. The monogram speaks to timeless craftsmanship, without tipping into nostalgia. It adds structure and sophistication without overwhelming the brand.

The visual language is all about tonality and materiality. Soft sand tones, creamy marbles, and timber hues set the mood. We art-directed a sculptural series of still-life photographs using raw materials — bentwood, stone, offcuts and foliage — to reference nature and structure in a more poetic, abstract way. These tactile moments became the cornerstone of the campaign, offering a more emotive, artistic entry point into the brand.

This wasn’t just about selling floorplans — it was about building a sense of atmosphere. So we extended that feeling across every touchpoint. The print campaign featured embossed linen books and curved layouts. Social and digital assets carried through the same sense of softness and breathing space.

The website was designed with architecture in mind — balanced, spacious, and intuitive. We built it around large-scale visuals and deliberate pacing. It doesn’t feel like a template. It feels like walking through a gallery — minimal interface, generous whitespace, slow transitions. Every click feels like a moment of pause.

In a category full of sameness and noise, Cromwell Place is a brand that whispers. And because of that, it resonates louder.
